I copy/paste the link received by email in my internet browser (internet connection required, list of recommended browser versions available in the General Terms of Use).

If the software tells me that the date of birth entered is incorrect: I check that I have entered my date of birth correctly. If that is the case, I check with the person at the collection center the date of birth that they entered in the software when I was last there.

If no error message appears and I still do not receive the SMS: I check with the person from the collection center the mobile phone number that they entered in the software during my last visit.

The one-time password received by SMS is only valid for 5 minutes but I can generate it as many times as necessary. I just need to click on the login link received in the email from Cyberlab and enter my date of birth.

Some reports may not yet have been submitted by the laboratory. I also note that my reports remain accessible online via my secure portal for a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt of the email. After that time, my reports are not available anymore. I therefore download my reports within the time allowed to keep them.

To reconnect to the portal, I use the email link that was sent to me by Cyberlab. I note that my reports are only visible on the portal for 15 days from the date of receipt of the email. I download my reports within the time limit to be able to keep them.

My report contains at least one analysis that is considered confidential. My results will be delivered by my prescriber on my next appointment.
